About the Company
PT. Sibuah Raya is a foreign investment in the palm oil plantation field. The company was established under Mr. Karl O.F.Schneider, the former Honorary Consul of the Federal Republic of Germany. The Company was established under the foreign investment laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and founded on 8 May 2000. Since than the company has invested in green field palm oil plantation in the Province of North Sumatra at the sub district of Padang Lawas and west bound of the Town of Sibuhuan. (See Map) The Plantation company has a joint venture agreement with a Singapore Company called Schneider Sumatra Investment Pte. Ltd, which is also the majority shareholder of the plantation company of PT. Sibuah Raya.
